IV was started because our founder, Sanja, who has been in the green beauty industry for some time now, wanted to create something that was truly for everyone. As the CEO and Founder of Vossity, an online beauty boutique specializing in all things green beauty, she has encountered hundreds of different products and thousands of different people. What she learned though was that people want to have healthy skin and they want to care about what they’re putting on their bodies, but they usually don’t know where to start. Once consumers learn about the harmful ingredients in the majority of the products they’re using and the fact that a lot of them are tested on animals, they want to find alternatives. However, with all the green-washing and misinformation out there, sometimes it gets difficult to know what is actually going to be effective, and also not break the bank.
This is why IV is changing the skincare game. The ingredients are simple, but effective, and the cost is affordable for the majority of people. Luxury skincare shouldn’t just be for the elite; everyone can be extra and deserves to be. You should feel sexy and powerful in the skin you’re in and not have to worry about harming your body with toxic ingredients in the process. IV SKINCARE is for you, your best friend, sister, parent, and co-worker; it’s for everyone.
Meet Our Founder
“I was born in Former Yugoslavia and immigrated to Canada when I was 5 years old. It is that “immigrant mentality” that has always pushed me to succeed and create. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams regardless of skin colour, sexual orientation, and gender so that is why I am committed to donating a portion of the proceeds from IV to local groups that support those who need it the most. I truly believe that we can all make a difference and a positive impact to this world, we just have to try. When I created IV, I knew I wanted to create something good AND affordable and be able to give back at the same time. I currently reside in Calgary, Alberta, with my three babies, husband, two dogs, and plenty of sassy t-shirts. I love talking to people and getting to know them but I love learning from them even more than I like to talk (and that’s a lot). I’m always happy to answer questions and take suggestions and I can’t wait to change the skincare game with you, one serum at a time”
